Delivery Policy

Service Standard:
If you place your order before 14.30 on weekdays we'll do our best to get your order posted by first class mail that very day.
All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday to Friday, excluding bankholidays.

Shipping Methods:
There are two methods of delivery
Electronic delivery of software downloaded from the internet.
Hard copy i.e. CDrom, sent by Royal mail first class delivery

Payment Options:
We accept Paypal. We do not accept cash, cheques, money orders or CODs for orders placed online.
However, call us on 01273 510117 for information on other payment methods. i.e. debit/credit card, cheque, postal order.

Telephone and Mail Orders:
We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. Personal cheques will require a six day wait for clearance. Payment using a postal order will expedite shipment of your order.
