Question 1. Do you have Norton anti-virus?
If the answer is yes, don't buy a download!
At the moment Norton has a bug which is affecting many downloads including ours and the download will not arrive!

If you don't have Norton anti-virus, Read on

Immediately after your PayPal transaction is complete, you will get an email from Sales@learnatrade.co.uk which will have your download link. Simply click on the link, or cut and paste it into your address bar to start the download.

About one in three hundred downloads go a bit wrong.

Things to beware of!

The Email will be sent to the email address you give.

If it is spelled incorrectly, the email will not arrive.

If you have a paypal account, the Email will go to your PayPal email address, if you include the Backup CD in your purchase, the CD will be sent to the address you have registered with PayPal.

If you don't get your Email within ten minutes of making payment - Do this:

If you can't find the email in your inbox, check your Junk/Bulk mail box

Check your PayPal receipt to make sure your email address is spelled correctly

Check your PayPal receipt to see which email address is being used
